Chef John and his wife, Maria, have 2 children, Tia and Tara. A Springdale High School graduate, Chef John has worked at the Chelsea Grille since it was established in 1992. Chef John has held positions prior to that at various restaurants and clubs in the Pittsburgh area, with over 25 years experience in the hospitality Industry.
