Brothers, Tom & Dan Monaco, purchased this restaurant in 1992 from John & Lillian Vescio.
This building has been a hotel / restaurant with several owners for many years. We actually inherited our current chef and some long time wonderful servers when Chelsea Grille was established.
The original theme featured southwestern flare with a mesquite wood burning grille.
Over the years the mesquite style of cooking was eliminated and although the menu still boasts grilled steaks, chops and burgers, owner Dan also added some tasty Italian and Seafood entrees as well.
Chelsea Grille is a great place to work with some of our staff employed for more than 10 years. We are thankful for our many loyal patrons that visit weekly for lunch and dinner. We started Friday “happy hour” from 5 – 7 pm about 2 years ago which has become popular with specialty drinks, free jukebox and Chef John creating free appetizers for the crowd. Our friendly bartenders welcome new guests to enjoy the many wine and cocktail features we offer.
